Sorry, everyone

I haven't been on in over a week and have missed a lot of stuff, so I'm really sorry! Promise I'll catch up with it.

I think a couple of people here already know I've had health problems in the past which occasionally flare up. For those who don't, my frame of mind does a complete 180 turn during these episodes, which is why I didn't come onto the forum. Spent the last week locked away in my bedroom, not eating, so I was feeling a wee bit temperamental, and it wouldn't have been fair to bring that onto here.

Still very shaky at the moment and am having to be very careful about avoiding stressors, so I hope you'll bear with me if I'm on and off a bit.

Yeah, should be back to normal soon. It was a bit of a struggle yesterday, but got some food down, so that's a plus! Today's been a lot better and I managed to talk to mum about it (who's been very patient with putting up with it all).
