He is definitely a unique individual, the most important thing these days seems to be social chit-chat.

Last time I looked Dave and Hayley (NI) 's posts were listed as "Guest". I'm not sure about Eleanor (sorry my love! but I've got a feeling you were forgiven for giving your time to cows) but last I saw you, Caryll, were still identified there and presumably still able to log on. When I was being at my most provocative just after the Night Of The Long Knives (just pushing the envelope tbh) I mentioned that Caryll was still theoretically still able to log on, but it was ignored (as most of my posts are).

I left the forum about three weeks before the trouble started, so it's not really an issue for me Stopped by very occasionally to comment on a couple of threads in the first couple of weeks, but then stopped altogether.

Very silly of people to ignore your posts though. You'd think they'd be grateful for having somebody around who knows their stuff!

No, I couldn't log on. He deleted me as soon as I joined staffiesrus. Then, because he wanted Janey back he backdated the forum a couple of weeks. I was still banned, but my name was there. It isn't now.

After all the abuse he gave me by email & in the admin lounge he then asked me if I wanted to go back! The arrogance of the man. What a fool - he's killing his own forum & he can't see it.  

I haven't logged on today, might do in a minute from sheer curiousity. tbh I post as little as possible, but sometimes can't help myself when I see someone posting in genuine trouble (although one of these got a lambasting from YKW).

There are one or two helpful people left (or promoted) like Rachel of the Dog Rescue, and Janey has tentatively rejoined (YKW must be ecstatic) before she went on her holiday. As of last night I'm sorry to tell you Eleanor that you are now showing as banned, together with the skulls; why is a mystery to me as you did nothing to deserve that.

Knew I would be. I'd spoken to mum before about it - we both knew that if one of us was banned, so would the other one be. It's why I made an excuse for quitting as a staff member. I could have still found time to post, but I just didn't want to really. If I'd said outright that I was fed up with seeing the malicious gossip and abuse in the staff rooms, it would have meant a ban for mum as well, so... At that point, I still enjoyed the forum enough to want to stay as a normal member, but that didn't last long!

I'd been happily pottering about with other forums for a while, as well   Including staffiesrus under a different name, although I hadn't posted back then because I wasn't sure if I'd be welcome. Joined there because, quite frankly, I started to disbelieve the nonsense that was being said about them. Went over to see and - surprise, surprise - there was no bad-mouthing at all. Just a very friendly place with lovely people and lovely dogs!

Last time I looked both myself and Caryll were no longer featured on the top poster list , just checked again and its embarassing for the poor bloke , he's that desperate for figures up there he is hiding the last visit dates for some people and reserving them on the list when they are deleted / banned just to keep some figures up there that look impressive

It's gone now. He was just gloating about removing dead wood from the forum. I assume he meant me, as not long ago I was still listed as a member, even though I'd been banned for having a mind of my own.

I've noticed there is absolutely nobody on there of any real experience now just a bunch of first line support people to spiout off the "How many walk" ,,, "What food" ,,, "Blue Blue" and "Does my bum look big in this" There are 1 or 2 advice posts coming in which is to be expected fro a well promoted and sizeable forum but the most is just chit chat

The shame of it is that there have been a few really urgent requests for help which have just had "I don't know" or "Someone will be on later to help".

The only people who have real experience are our own Lynda and Ella!

Apologies I forgot that Lynda and Ella are still cavorting with the enemy admiring his shirts and talking about Red Stripe
