Urine leakage.
I think I maybe off to the vet.
Its never happened before, but today, Jess had her early morning toilet stop, then breaky, played, the morning passed, another "pitstop" (I saw her peeing) she came in, laid in her favorite spot next to me &..... unbeknown to her.... she wet the floor!
It was not a flood, about a tbs. But she had no idea & she has NEVER had this issue ever before.

I'd hazard a guess and say it's just her getting older. But best to get her checked out in case there's a UTI.

Shame, old girl. You get meds to help strengthen the bladder muscles.

Ah, poor old girl she can't help it. Yes, it's probably old age - it happens to humans too, hence all the incontinence pads!
If she is spayed it's even more likely, my first Dobe bitch was leaky from quite an early age.
Caryll's advice to check for a UTI is sound; it could be that.
Don't worry Jess, we all get old (God willing), but old age comes with disadvantages!

Re: Urine leakage.
Maybe she was just a little wet? I know sometimes they hold a little bit in and then when they sit down it spills out, which is why it would be so little.

Yes, that's something else it could be.
