Dempsey hates me right now!

He won't look at me or come anywhere near me. Why? Because I cleaned his ears out! 
He's started shaking his head a bit recently and there was some dirt building up in his ears, so popped out the coconut oil just now to give them a clean while he was tired. Used a dropping pipette with warmed up oil - first ear was fine, as I think it trickled into his ear from the ear flap, but the second ear he hated! He let out this huge, loud grunty-groan of protest, like an old man trying to get out of his rocking chair, shook his head several times and ran off.
