Ancestors
First topic message reminder :
I was reading through another post where Lynda talks about her forebears in Lincolnshire (I think), and I wondered if anyone else has researched their ancestors?
I had a go, but my Dad's side was Brewer, and it's a very common name. My Mum's side is slightly easier. Her Mum's maiden name was Marecki. Looking back, I found out that my Great Great Grandfather (I think) came to this country from Poland back in the 1800's during one of the Jewish pogroms! So, as I'm a Catholic but with Jewish ancestors I'm what they call a Complete Jew!

Re: Ancestors
Talking about ancestors - what about descendants! Just think about how easy it will be for them to trace their own ancestors (us). They'll have the technology then to find every single thing we've ever posted on the internet - photos, bank accounts, hobbies, music we like - everything. They'll probably even have the technology to read every email and PM we've ever sent! What an amazing full picture they'll get of us and probably quite a few surprises along the way.
