Lovely pictures. I know they are used as a beast of burden in South America but not much else.
They look a lot like little camels - hopefully without the smell, the spitting and the bad temper!

Hate to dash your hopes! Star spat at me, bit me, pulled faces at me, trapped me in the supply shed, sucked her teeth at me and was generally a right madam! But no, not bad tempered at all!

I'm not an expert on llamas, so it could just be that Star was a particularly bad tempered one! The rest might be lovely and friendly!
