This little guys’s markings are so beautiful!

Oh my gosh, yessss! That little one! love

The somatic mutations are stunning, as well!

And that poor little dog with the 'shape' on his back! laughing

Oh they are beautiful! That husky is similar to my cousins new collie pup!

Cheers for that link. Beautiful!

There are some lovely dogs there, but I really, really hate the merles. sad

Health problems, unfortunately. sad Not quite as bad in single merles, which produce that classic dappling. In double merles, however, which occurs when two merles are mated together, the offspring are usually white with small merle patterns. They have terrible health problems and deformities. sad

If you search for double merle Google images, you'll see what I mean, particularly in regard to the eyes. The eyes and ears are usually badly affected. These are the defects that have actually been proven to be a result of double merle breeding, although there are numerous anecdotal defects reported which haven't been included in studies.
