Hopeful Ban on E Collars in the UK

The bill got through the first reading and a second reading (where the debating starts in earnest) is set for 28 February.

Never used one but seen them used by the right people and on the right dogs

I don't like them at all. But my main worry is that they will be used by the wrong people & in the wrong way.

Better to ban them (there are other forms of training) than risk the pain & fear caused by incorrect usage.
