Awwwww shame poor dog! It is a very lucky puppy.
Amazing that it's in such good condition after all that tar. You'd think that it's skin would look terrible.

I saw the headlines yesterday, but I was a bit too wary of it to actually read it... sad I thought it was going to be a really gruesome story.

What a beautiful dog love So nice that he got out relatively unscathed!
