Please be vigilant and check your dogs regularly. Even without the narrow risk of Alabama Rot, there are many diseases and/or conditions which can be sorted out easily if they're caught quickly.

It is. It's still early days, though - I daresay a preventative treatment or even a cure will be sorted out eventually.
