we've got a zoom groom too , ours get a brush prob ably once or twice a week with a little more for Tommy before show time , or if they have got mucky on walks then we don't mess about with baths and take their oils away , just let it dry and brush it out .
Decided Tommy isn't even going to get a bath before Crufts  sick sick

Dempsey gets a quick brush every other day and a thorough grooming every couple of weeks. With mud/dirt, I'd prefer to use a brush or damp cloth to get it out, rather than a bath.

I feel so guilty  sad

I hardly ever brush Kuchar and he's never had a bath in his life. If he gets muddy on a walk he gets a quick rub down with a towel and that's it.

Naughty Lynda! tongue

Tbh, there's a lot of debate about whether or not dogs actually need bathing.

I know I'm naughty! shame, shame

but tbh he doesn't smell, he doesn't leave dirty marks anywhere, and his coat glistens with health.

he'll get a bath whether he likes it or not (and I strongly suspect not) when the weather is warmer.
