He's been moved to the Advanced class as even going slowly and holding him back, he's now passed Intermediate level.
We're only doing short bursts of training with rest in between as this class is a bit much for a 7 month old dog.
Why are we waiting mum?
He loves Retrieving and not for the tug-of-war at the end but for the running to get it and back.

He loves it.
I'm hoping that it'll lead to competition obedience, that's why I'm so very careful with not bringing him on to quickly.
