Dog Exercise Wheel

Ingenious! Specially for runners like the husky in the vid... Wonder if I can build one.

biggest problem I would say is where on earth to get the big drum but some good woodworker would be able to form that for you

I'd rather exercise a dog the traditional way!

If I had husky's or some sledding breed I'd get one of these. I can just imagine Missy, Sheba or Pugsley in one of those... round and round they go, where they'll stop no-one knows     

Even with a sledding breed I wouldn't use one.

I saw recently a type of treadmill thing, a sort of rolling road, advocated for dogs (like people go on in gyms who don't want to pound the roads). It would certainly take up less room than the wheel and probably be easier to construct.

I really don't see the point of it. As you say, Lynda, a treadmill would be easier & most of them can be stored away!

When I was watching it I thought great but how is he going to stop it......arr just jump out......good job the dog has a bigger brain than me otherwise he might of been spinning round for a bit at the end

So would I be, tbh!
