Amazing 'half' dog, born with genetic defects leaving it deformed

The deformations shouldn't be disturbing to people. The picture depicts basically a shortened version, length-wise, of a normal dog due to parts of her spine and ribs being missing.
What a sweet little dog. I hope everything works out well for her!

I'm glad that Pig is happy and is being well cared for. I can't see her making old bones (what she has of them) though.

She may do, but I think that would primarily depend on whether or not her internal organs were affected, as well as potential discomfort.

Poor little thing. Glad she has a good home, though.

Poor dog. At least she'll have a good life for how ever long it is.
But why on earth did they give her such an awful name.

Sounds a bit odd, doesn't it? Having said that, my first choice for future-hedgie's name was Piggie!
