It isn't alcoholic and apparently is very high in Vitamin E. No carbonation, low sodium, fat free. Also produced in the UK.
Still, I'm not a huge fan of these sorts of products. It's also a little concerning that I've been unable to find an ingredients list on their page.

Don't apologise! You're certainly not offending me! Like I said, I'm not keen on the idea.

I can't see the point, to be honest. A dog doesn't care if he has beer, water or mud!!!!

Well, I think they might show a preference between water and mud!

Could have been good for an old bald family cockatoo that used to run up, knock over a beer bottle to get a drink! As he'd lost all his feathers he'd waddle around crooked.. thank god...imagine a tipsy cocky trying to fly! But he never did it with anything but beer. But thats a whole other post.

Re: Dog beer - what do you think?
Sorry eleanor... I expanded the story.
His name was "cocky" very original! Funny bugger! Used to walk around the yard & chase the dog. He had a huge beak &the dog was sh1t scared of the little bugger.
He had a little jumper for winter &mum was always yelling at him as he liked to eat all her fushias. If you've ever met a cocky, they will eat your entire house & window cills are dessert for them!

As a novelty item or a treat for your dog I can't see the harm. I've known a few dogs that would steal beer if given half an opportunity.
Xan has a thing for Amarula. You can not leave your glass unattended anywhere that he can get to it.

Such a great character! Would have loved to meet the little guy!

Dempsey's never had beer, but he managed to sneakily lap up a small glass of rum and coke, which dad had left beside his chair. He was quite young then and spent the next ten minutes jumping about on our ivy bed in the garden, spinning in circles and barking madly!

I must ask my step father if he has a digital pic of cocky. (I'd love to share his ugly little face but, guessing not as it was so many yrs ago), i was only about 14? when he passed. He was the ugliest cocky on the planet but his spirit....

My step father's mum knitted it for him. Cocky chewed it up in the end. Seems he liked the wind on his skin! FREAK that he was! Oh... the stories I could tell of him.
