I suppose this is a joke, but not a funny one.
I hope this pup doesn't always have the mickey taken out of him.

Lynda, if I remember right, the cigarette isn't real - don't worry!

No, I didn't suppose for one minute that the dog would smoke that cigarette or have drunk that beer. I just don't find it funny or like to see an animal being made a fool of. Maybe I've just lost my sense of humour in my old age

Each to their own, of course! According to the person who took the picture though, the dog didn't even wake up!

Ah thank you Eleanor! I'm so glad to hear that I am not boring!
Haha - wild teens Caryll! Teenage years are (or were when I was that age) the time to let your hair down and get rid of the wild oats before you settled down to real life.
I was a teenager in the '60s, which were a most exciting time, and I was a Mod. 'nuff said?

Drinking three glasses of wine, instead of two, is about as wild as it gets with me!

I wasn't far behind you, Lynda!
I think I was a little mote conservative than others my age because I had an older sister who did it all & it made be cringe a lit of the time! I did, however, on the odd occasion, have a teensy bit too much to drink!

I don't currently drink more than that. I've had way too much in the past, but I'm not really a big drinker now. Mainly because I used to see what it did to some of my old friends, so that sort of put me off!

Re: Typical Low Life...
Drinking in moderation is great, although I don't think there's anything wrong with somebody having a bit too much to drink, so long as they, and others around them, are safe. I just personally prefer not to drink too much.
I think I was forced to mature a bit quicker in the last three years than some of my old friends were, which is probably why our drinking habits are so different. Not that drinking is immature - don't get me wrong!

Re: Typical Low Life...
Funnily enough, I wasn't thinking about drinking at all when I said I was a wild teenager! It just didn't figure largely with anyone I knew, not even at "bring a bottle" parties. It was things like staying out all night and worrying my poor mum sick because I didn't let her know (couldn't really, we didn't have a phone!), going places and not worrying about how I was going to get home, hitch-hiking, riding behind someone on a scooter without a crash helmet (no-one wore them then anyway) and just being thoroughly hedonistic and selfish knowing that once you hit 20 you got married, settled down and became middle-aged overnight. Which I did!
