Allotment I'd actually gone over there to read in peace and to sit in the weekend sun, but apparently somebody decided to take Dempsey!    And he was misbehaving.

Started off with his lead tied to the leg of my chair, but he started dashing around in circles, tangling himself up. So I took him for a quick walk up and down, to settle him, but that didn't work. So he was switched over to the pole. Which he pulled over shortly after the pictures were taken.

At the end of the day - no peaceful reading in the sun, but I did get to hold onto Dempsey's lead while he 'helped' on the allotment!
