Yes, you need this picture of his behind.
And this picture of him giving it some leg!
It was a very hot morning, so we let him settle down on the grass for a while.
Staring at a dog behind him, while I was trying to get him to pose for my camera.
Collapsed afterwards, with his Kool Collar!
Then he had to claim back his rightful throne, even though it meant pushing somebody off.
Then go mad because he didn't get his own way.
Result. Playing is exhausting...
Aaaand getting ready to have intimate relations with a cushion.
Nah, it's just too much hard work. Better just to sleep.

Dempsey says, "Thanks!"
The walk was about two hours, at a brisk pace, in the scorching sun. He's come a long way from last year, when he'd get tired after five minutes! He was still trotting along as we turned into our street. Started flagging a bit a couple of minutes before we got home, but that's not surprising.

He wasn't impressed, but that was because he had to stop and he wanted to keep going. We didn't go inside - just looked at the outside, out of curiosity.
I'm hoping for a lovely house we saw a couple of days ago. Same street as our vet, which will be great, opposite a huge park, just a couple of streets down from where mum works.
