Guide dog

Sunday afternoon and hubby gets up out of his easychair and puts his jacket and cap on.
Wife: "Where are you going?"
Guy: " The pub"
Wife: "The dog needs a walk, take her with you."
Guy: " I'm not taking a chihuahua to the pub, they'll take the piss."
Wife: " You either take the dog or you can't go."
The guy relents and heads off to the pub but when he gets there he spots a notice on the door...." No dogs allowed except guide dogs"
Then the guy has a brainwave. He takes a pair of dark glasses from his jacket pocket and gropes his way to the bar.
" A pint of lager please barman."
Barman: " Sorry only guide dogs allowed"
Guy: " She is a guide dog."
Barman: " I thought all guide dogs were Labradors and German Shephereds?"
Guy: " Well what did they give me??? "
