What a sad story - Maybe she could find a home with someone who can't get out themselves, and is looking for a "house dog" companion?

That'd be nice! Although I think they're looking for somebody to help rehabilitate the poor thing

Oh, poor little thing!
I hope she does find a good, patient forever home to give her love and courage to face the world!

They can send her to me. She doesn't have to go outside if she doesn't want to and there is no one around for miles and miles.

My lot would pull her out of her slump. There just isn't a lot of place for issues with them. They're just so happy go lucky that even shy and scared dogs play along after a bit.
