This style is all the rage these days.
They're based on working dog harnesses as the police, search and rescue and trackers use.

I haven't used one, but if I used a harness for Dempsey, it's one I'd strongly consider.

The harness itself is great however it has rubbed Lola really badly under her armpit sad

Yeah but there is a strap that goes underneath the body which can impact on the armpits.
