DEVASTATED
My darling baby surly has gone to the great freshwater ocean in the sky
So i had one fishy left and took the opertunity to clean the tank without too much hassle (still took 6 hours!)
Today i went to the shop and got 16ish little neons and 4 spotty things. Can't even find them in my tank unless you look really close lol i think i need proper size fish again

Re: DEVASTATED
So sorry to hear this Hayley. In the greatness of things it can seem silly to mourn for a fish, but I do understand.
I once had the loveliest goldfish you ever saw (I think it was a Comet), he had fins and tail like a bride's veil. I came home one day to find him dead on the floor - my Dobermann had caught him out of the tank, and there were teeth marks to prove it, as well as her guilty face. And I bawled my eyes out.

I'm so sorry!
It's not stupid at all to care for a fish!

Re: DEVASTATED
I love my fish! I'm so sorry to read this.
I had one called "Lucky Luke" just a motley goldfish, black, orange, silver flecks.... I was so sad when I lost him. He meant heaps to me. When I turned the light on ea morn he would dart to ths top.... breaky is up.... lets go!
I so enjoy watching them at night with the tank light shimmering on them as they swim around.
Fish are people too!
