Dog owners told to keep dogs leashed after thirteen dead foxes found

That's terrible. We've booked a holiday near Cleethorpes for next year because of it's dog-friendly reputation and beaches that dogs are allowed on year-round.

I find it very difficult to believe that the owner of the dog was unaware of what was going on. This must have been a regular occurrence!
