Those fossil beds in China have turned paleontology on its head in the last few years - it wasn't that long ago we didn't know that birds were descended from dinosaurs, not reptiles. They're such a vast, rich resource, you can't help but wonder what further secrets are to be found.

I find it fascinating! Ever since I first watched David Attenborough's (great man!) Life on Earth, I've loved to learn about evolution and palaeontology.

I love Dinosaurs.
I wanted to be a paleontologist. Unfortunately you couldn't study it in S.A and we didn't have the money for me to study overseas.
Then I wanted to be a Virologist - same problem.
I then settled to become a Vet but discovered I have a bit of an issue with blood and guts on my hands. Luckily not in my 4th year like a friend of mine.
Sometimes I really do believe our path is mapped out for us to walk.

Palaeontology is fascinating! And Sir David....well, what hasn't already been said?
Theresa, you're right, having a thing about blood & guts isn't a good start to being a vet!
