My mum rang....

My stepdad has booked a hotel. What the???? You gotta be sh1tting me! He's going in for surgery. The hosp is 40 mins from my house.

What about Molly? He asked. She's never been in a kennel. Mum rang me, asked, can you take her? It'll be a few days. ( she's a mini schnauzer). Yeah! She loves my guys, they both love her. No problem. Oh, mum says, her epilepsy, can you give her pills 2xs a day? Yeah! She'll be fine. So now my favorite mole is coming soon.

We want to see plenty of pictures!

It'll give your mum some peace of mind knowing Molly will be safe & happy!

Molly will be fine. She's here quite often. Theres no problem except my stepdad stressing that his baby isn't with him. I expect a few drugs will lessen his concern.

She'll be here in a couple of weeks.

Must be a huge relief for your mum. Molly's medication is important and kennels are not always that stressed about timing.

She like to dunk it, (along with her front paws) in the water bowl, run around the yard collecting dirt & sticks in her fur, then bring all her crap into the house! Luckily.... I have towels & brushes.

Yeah! I'm guessing that's why my step dad is freaking out about her as their past dogs all had the occasional kennel stay throughout the yrs.

Yeah, she is a cutie pie all right . She also gets on well with Chilli & the chooks. She has grown up with them all quite often so, its a seamless transition anytime she's stayed here.

She visits the beauty parlor quite frequently.  Sometimes just for a shampoo as she really enjoys being fussed on. Mum washes her at home but takes her (too frequently in my opinion) just so she can get pampered.

& yes, velvet is exactly how her coat feels. Mum keeps her perfectly trimmed! Short on the top 1/2, longer underneath, with a trimmed muzzle & eyebrows.

Dear god! She didn't take me to the salon as often as her damn fur baby.

I may send her home with pink or red nails.
