I'm sure this is doing the rounds on other groups but if you haven't seen it anywhere, please can you copy and paste it to let people know:-
"We bought a puppy from miss Clifton in Dauntsey Wiltshire the puppies birthday was the 8th January 2015. Our beautiful baby died 2 weeks ago of chronic kidney failure. We were told his kidneys were very badly deformed. We have been advised that if we know anyone from the same litter to have their puppies checked as they parents have been inbred some where down the line"

Hopefully Miss Clifton will be contacting the other puppies' owners herself.
However, I too would like to know the breed (or cross breed) as there are several dear little puppies of around that age here and Wiltshire is not far away.
Poor little soul, I'm so sorry for the people who gave their heart to him.

Googling quickly there seem to be a few puppy farms (or maybe just the one under different names) in Dauntsey.
