Sod it!
Operation was scheduled for about 4:30 but due to a couple of emergencies in the operating theatre there would have been delays of at least 2 & a half hours and so all of my consultant's surgeries were cancelled.
So, I'm back home now & I have to wait for them to contact me with a new date!
Lovely room, though. My window overlooked a croquet lawn!

Oh Caryll, there's nothing worse than preparing and physching yourself up then having it all postponed.

They said that it would now be a priority, so hopefully not too long.
The room was really nice, though, & the staff are all very friendly.
