Banner change - randomised

Just so you know, that strange, swirly, green banner you've probably seen at the top of the forum isn't permanent! happy

I'm just experimenting with randomised banners, so that the banner will switch between different images.

Yeah, the little puppies with their bones increase with post count. Took me a while to get it right! laughing
