Chance update: been to the hydrotherapy center
Been to Aquavet earlier to talk to them about Chance, and they couldn't have been more helpful!
Spoke to the about price, his temperament, whether he can be muzzled to swim etc, but a main issue was vaccinations. It does say in their t & c's that dogs need to be UTD on vac's, so spoke to her about it, they do except titre test results with proof of a valid certificate with results. But she understood that, that would mean another extra trip to the vets for Chance to get a blood test, so she said IF we wanted to we can sign an official disclaimer to say we own't sue if he was to catch anything, which we are more then willing to do.
So we just need to see our vets to get them to sign to say Chance can go swimming and book our first session. The first time in an hour session to get the dog used to the instructors, with a bit of a swim but you only get charged for 30 minutes which is the normal appointment length.
So very happy, and impressed with the facilities

That sounds great! Always a good sign of a professional when they don't shy away from a muzzled dog as well. Good luck!

Oh that's good news Ella. I hope Chance benefits from his swims (I know you'll let us know!)
