Army veteran refused entry to Starbucks with his service dog

  Whether the man's disability was obvious or not to the employee, it's no excuse. You don't belittle somebody loudly and in public over their need to have a helping dog.

Poor guy. We all know how this should have been handled, and hopefully this Starbuck's employee has been enlightened as to his public relations technique.

Hopefully! At least one of the employees had the sense to know what to do, though.

Embarrassing for the man at the very least!

Hopefully lessons will be learnt from this!

It's about time stores/shops caught up with the times. Assistance dogs (not just guide dogs) should be allowed inside. It's ridiculous that it's taken this long for assistance dogs to even be allowed onto planes!
