Dotty had her hearing tested before I got her but is there any chance that she could become deaf when shes older? shes a 6 month old dalmatian from a rescue centre

No, if her hearing is good now, she will stay ok. The only thing she might get is age-related deafness, but that comes to us all!!
How was her hearing tested? Do you have any concerns about whether she can hear properly or not?

I think she had the Baer test and she always looks at us if we make a little clicking noise or something so I think her hearing is fine right now thanks!

Yes, the baer test is the sure way of knowing. If that said her hearing was good, then you've no need to worry.
