deafness in dalmatians

Dotty had her hearing tested before I got her but is there any chance that she could become deaf when shes older? shes a 6 month old dalmatian from a rescue centre

No, if her hearing is good now, she will stay ok. The only thing she might get is age-related deafness, but that comes to us all!! 
How was her hearing tested? Do you have any concerns about whether she can hear properly or not?

I think she had the Baer test and she always looks at us if we make a little clicking noise or something so I think her hearing is fine right now

Yes, the baer test is the sure way of knowing. If that said her hearing was good, then you've no need to worry.
