What would you do if you rescued a neglected dog and you one day found the old owner?

Not sure what I'd do, really. My first thought was that I'd write a letter to them, but on second thought I'd probably just want to stay away from them for my dog's own sake.

I think if i ran in to Chance's old owner(s) I'd want to kill them, so i think it's best i never find them.

Yeah, there's the part where you'd want to give them what they deserve, but I think I'd be held back from doing anything like that with the idea that, if I was arrested, my dog would go back to a shelter or be PTS.

Probably! I can't even imagine how anybody could abuse a dog to that extent and get away with a clean conscience.

and yet so many of them do it and don't give a damn!
