Indian Stick Insects

Was going to take some pics of them just now, but I went down there earlier to find that two of them are now twice the size. They've shed their skins during the night, so I can't move them for the next 24 hours.

Weird looking things. If you disturb them they sway from side to side!

They've quadrupled in size over the last few weeks. I think they're about an inch long, now.

The third one is shedding as well, now, so no photos fir another couple of days.

I dread to think how much they're going to eat now that they've grown... They already munch their way through half a dozen leaves per day!

To match our pig dog!I tried taking pics through the side of their enclosure, but I couldn't get a decent quality one and none of the stickies showed up on it. Hopefully tomorrow I can get out one of the ones that shed a couple of days ago and take a pic!

They grow like mad, as far as I can remember. Very interesting, but smelly!

They do indeed! Mine don't seem to smell much, which is good, but I daresay that'll change when they're fully grown and doing adult-sized poos!

I love them! Ivy looks so tiny now though. She hatched a couple of weeks after Sticky Bun and Twiglet, so she's half their size Wanted to get her out to take a comparison pic, but I'm not sure when she'll be shedding, so I'm leaving her alone for now.

Rotten pics, though! I've got macro on my phone camera, but it's still too close for a decent photo.
