Dog with bad stomach defecates on a plane - twice - causing emergency landing

Oh dear! This is why it's often best to fast the dog for 12-24 hours before flying, or to feed very light meals.

I haven't read the story yet but I have been laughing so hard at the headline!!! That dog must have eaten something terrible to cause an emergency landing!

tbh, even as a dog lover, I would be a bit put out if a dog travelling passenger class defecated all over the place. The air in the cabin of the "steerage" classes is only changed every 30 minutes (so my air hostess neighbour informed me) so the stench must have been horrendous.

I had a bit of a giggle! Hope the dog wasn't ill, though!

Yes, it must have been horrible!     Bet the owner was red in the face!

I would have gotten off the plane and not returned.

The staffy would have found some way to blame the passengers!

Perhaps it is time they think about having a different section of the plane for guide/service animals. Blind people usually have to get the dog in the hold because of other passengers, which im sure is not nice. Why not have a small section at the back with a lino and single seat with a spot for a dog?
