Might be a bit scarce for a couple of weeks!

I've been throwing myself into clearing out my bedroom. That, as well as the heat, is tiring!

Must sound like I've got a right tip of a bedroom It's just old stuff that I never threw away, though. Childhood toys, books, clothes, toy boxes, etc..

Just a tip - don't throw anything away! As your mum and I have found, today's junk is tomorrow's treasure and will be worth a small fortune in a few years!

I only throw away broken stuff or rubbish The rest either gets put away somewhere or sold!

It's hard, though, when you have very little space.

Very hard! I was so stressed about it yesterday, I was almost in tears, thinking I wouldn't be able to get Snuffles!

Snuffles is my motivation for doing it

There are currently 4 huge, black bin liners, filled with old clothes, sitting in the kitchen. Dad doesn't allow me up in the loft (man's space! ), so I can't put them up there yet.

I had no idea there were so many of my old clothes lying around my bedroom! Another bag will be joining them soon.

I must admit I had my tongue in my cheek a bit, Eleanor and Caryll, when I said don't chuck anything away.

Space is an issue I know, and unless they are very special in some way old clothes are just old clothes and best recycled, one way or another.

DON'T STRESS Eleanor, that's an order from Aunty Lynda!   

I'm a bit of a hoarder, I'm afraid!

Once I've sorted out my bedroom, I'll bring the sacks of clothes back down and sort through them.

I'll stay chilled! Promise!

I'm terrible about throwing things away or clearing things out. My sister is the opposite, if you sit still too long in her house you run the risk of being put in the bin   

I started a tidy up today, ended up bleaching the window sils, washing the windows, hoovering under the bed and behind anything, painted a wall..

This is why i don't clean often. I go too far.

Well, I sort of did that, Hayley, only not as extreme! I painted over part of the wall next to my window, cleaned the window, window sill and frame. Got white paint all over my face. It was necessary, though.

Busy, busy day today! I worked for six hours straight, with no breaks, on my room! Rearranging furniture, mainly, and clearing space.

I was so exhausted when I finished, my hands were shaking, I was light-headed and my stomach kept heaving! Silly me had forgotten to have lunch!

It was worth it though, as I got a lot done

Yes, it only has 10" of stuff on the floor now!
