Magician & dogs...
All the dogs looked for the treat, but the GSD's & The Rottie's reactions are priceless!

The second dog! His face!
The GSD and Rottie's reactions were hilarious! The little Spitz after made me giggle, as well.
And the last dog!

You're not convinced that it's quite fair on the dogs, are you?

Well spotted Caryll. I'm not a fan of teasing dogs.

No, and I'm not normally, but apparently the dogs were all given treats afterwards (off camera) by their owners & what you see in the video is the sum total of what happened. They didn't do it several times to get the 'right shot'!

OK.
I thought the Rottie's reaction was fantastic, bless him.

Yeah, I can see your point Lynda As a one-off, it doesn't strike alarm bells with me, although if it was done more frequently or the dogs weren't ultimately rewarded, I wouldn't be comfortable with it.

I can see what you're saying, but I personally am not comfortable with seeing confused dogs being served up as entertainment in what was basically a bog-standard sleight of hand/hide it up the sleeve trick. OK, I'm a sourpuss

No, you're not! Everybody's entitled to their opinion and I do see where you're coming from. I'm feeling a little guilty for giggling at it now
