Disgusting coward. I hope they catch him! Dirty pig, attacking a man and his wife for no reason, other than mistaking the Huskies for 'dangerous' (pfft) Malamutes. And then runs off with his Yorkshire Terrier?

I hope the couple are okay. I think it says a lot about the owner of the Huskies when he let his dogs free as he realised he was going to be attacked. Getting them out of harms way before he even thought of himself.

Yes, that makes a mockery of them being 'dangerous' when it was the Yorkie's owner that did the attacking!

Horrible little man. Did he not worry what the "dangerous" dogs might do when he attacked their owner  raised eyebrow

This is why I have a Tazer. I would have electrocuted the nutter.

Unfortunately, it's classed as a prohibited firearm over here. Not allowed to carry them. straight face Same goes for pepper spray.

No wonder the nutters like to pop out of the woodwork whenever they feel like it.

Physical protection can, at times, be a total joke over here. sad I carry a small bottle of body spray with me when I'm out at night alone, but if I were to use it to defend myself against an attacker in place of pepper spray, I'd have to be very careful that the law didn't state that it was intended as a weapon. Otherwise, I could get in trouble.

As far as I'm aware, legal protection (especially for woman, who tend to make more appealing targets at night) is limited to person alarms and a red-dye spray. The spray can be used to coat the attacker's face so that he/she can later be identified, but it doesn't do much to stop the attack from happening.

 off topic  Sorry!  giggle
