How many dogs are hidden under the duvet   

Well, I think I can see the outline of 4, but my guess would be all of them.  

 There are 5 under there. Xan, Missy, Sheba, Pugsley and the OldLady. It's getting chilly here so we try and stay in bed as long as possible when we can.

I didn't realise it got chilly in South Africa!

It gets cold. We don't have snow in town but the mountains can get some and then it's freaking freezing.
You guys might not think it's that cold. When Nancy and Chris visited they were walking around in shorts on the beach and swimming and I had on a cardi and jeans sooo... you get acclimatised. Xan thinks anything under 20 is polar.

Oh little sweethearts (plus you got a cat on top as well) - you must be really cosy at night!

Does anyone remember Three Dog Night? Apparently a Native Australian description of a cold night - where you needed three dogs cuddled up to you to keep you warm.

Do you mean 'Three Dog Night' the band? - love them!

Them's the ones. First time I had heard of the term and I thought it was a great expression.
