Disgusting man. I hope they charge him at the end of the investigation. He should be fired from the K-9 unit, at the very least!

Agreed. Doesn't really inspire confidence in police either, does it? If he's willing to do that to what is supposed to be his companion, partner and potential life-saver, what would he do to a person? People like him give the rest a bad name, despite how hard the majority of the police force work.

I couldn't bring myself to watch the video either. sad

They should do, yes! I can't believe this man has even been accepted into the K-9 unit!

I watched the video on another site (Victoria Stilwell's actually) and it isn't pretty. The people filming it were actually there to record a few things with Victoria, but saw what was going on outside. The commentary is good - they just can't believe what was happening.

It was down to the filmers that the cop was reported and faces charges. He's been suspended pending investigation & the dog has been taken away from him.
