Just went out for a birthday meal!

Fun, fun, fun! I had a few drinks. Mum had several! At least, that's what we convinced the waiters of by piling all of our empty glasses in front of her!

Aaaaalso, waited until dad had finished his wine before I broke out the topic! Asked if he'd mind me getting a hedgehog! Answer was 'yes', so I'm over the moon!

Glad to hear that you all had a lovely meal en famille, and that the hedgie has been given a green light!

It was a lovely evening! Even though dad farted at the table and blamed it on the man at the next table!

I'm really excited about the hedgie! I thought it would take some convincing and I had all my points planned out! Then I asked and he just said it was fine!

...and just to set the record straight...

I had 3 glasses (small glasses) of red wine and Eleanor had 5 vodka & cokes!  

That's not what the waiter thought!

Pfft. 3 glasses!
