4 Dog night

I am so cold I have 4 dogs in bed tonight! I never learn: don't break up with your boyfriend till after winter!!!
I have 3 thick duvets and electric blanket on. Must be old age catching up to me because I'm sure I didn't suffer this much last year.

Poor you! Get yourself a couple of hot water bottles to share with your furbabies!

I'd cook in that bed! Don't know how you do it   

I must admit that I am a hot person in bed (no, no THAT!   ) but the few times I have felt cold in bed (like some years ago when we had a winter where the temperature dropped to minus 20 at night) I found that putting an extra duvet under the bottom sheet of the bed was very cosy - just a little tip for you Shisa!

Nah i love to be cold in bed, I'd melt otherwise!

I prefer my bed to be cold, as I have a really comfortable, thick, fluffy blanket. Can't use it if it's hot!

I always end up with all my extremities stuck out anyway

In the winter I like a nice, warm, cosy bed. In the summer I change the duvet to a thin one and mostly chuck it to one side until the chill of dawn when I yank it back on again!

I think it's this house. It's got huge windows everywhere to let in light so in winter it's almost like sleeping outdoors. My windows are frosted on the inside this morning. I can't remember being this cold last year.
The whole garden is frosted over. I took some cute pics of the cats pawprints where they melted the ice.

Reading that I had a flashback of where I lived when Karla was a baby. It had metal window frames and no double glazing so it was a regular thing to wake up to ice inside the window in winter. I prefer it cooler in bed but that's just taking it too far   

My bedroom has two walls and the ceiling facing outside, where the other bedrooms have one wall or ceiling open to the outside. It gets really cold in the winter and really hot in the summer!
