Hello Shelley, it would be great if you could come and introduce yourself here...

Panting is often a sign of fear/anxiety or of pain/discomfort. Can you tell me if anything has scared her, or if there have been any loud, unusual noises/disturbances since the panting started?
To be honest, if she has tremors/shaking I would be inclined to take her to a vet to rule out any physical cause.
Whereabouts in the world are you?

P.S. I've moved your question to a thread of its own so that people will see it more easily.

Hi, Shelley! Sorry to hear you're having problems.
Shaking/panting can often be indicative of some pain or discomfort. Have you tried checking her over for sore spots by gently placing pressure on certain areas of her body; stomach, neck, shoulders, legs, back, etc.?
How are her stools? Is she going to the toilet regularly?
Also, what colour are her mucous membranes? Gums, for instance - they should be a salmon pink. If they're paler than usual, it could indicate a problem.
Sorry for all of the questions. It can be very hard to give suggestions over the internet, so it's best to know as much information as possible. My advice would be, if possible, to at least phone your vet (which is usually free) and describe the symptoms. The vet can then advise you on what to do from there.
