Has anybody here ever had back problems?

First topic message reminder :

On that last horrible Wednesday, I hurt my back as I tried to get away from the car that came up onto the pavement. It's still really painful and I was wondering if anybody here has had back trouble - and how did you deal with it?

Yeah, right - half a pint? Huh!!!

I forgot to mention that if your helper has strong thumbs, the muscle will be sore afterwards. The crucial thing in this case is NOT to tense up against it.

I'm allergic to Ibuprofen too, I use Tramadol or Codeine they do help

Yeah, I go for codeine, as well! Solpadeine is cocodamol.
