People always assume that horses aren't very smart, but I've never been convinced of that!

I have my doubts, tbh, that horses or even ponies can really indicate via symbols whether they want their rugs on or off. Prove me wrong Hayley!

pretty impossible to prove, cause at the end of the day they cant say "well actually i dont want the rug on" lol
