I think my dogs breeds were insulted?

Walking in the park with both mine.... we met a, really not sure what? Spaniel x poodle? I'm not sure? Cute dog though. Gorgeous face! All 3 said hello, his was a little manic but all went well. Lovely, a new happy doggie meeting.

Oh! You have a staffy he said... whats the big one? Shes a dobe x staff.....

I was informed that "staffies" are a poor mans dog (it's not actually relevant to me but I am sure a pure breed staffy costs more than a spaniel cross.) & dobes are no longer kept anywhere anymore as they are far to big to be useful pets & you can't keep them in new house blocks. There is just not enough land anymore. I should get a spaniel or foxie sized "friendly dog" next time.  

My reply.... well, i actually own an old block so it is about 3-4 x yours. Next, Staffies have more character than your spaniel & mine just licked & played ever so gently with your little dog right now as it leapt all over him with obviously little or NO training so....

YOU couldn't keep a dobe because you're a fool! & you obviously dont train your dog & don't own any land.

Sorry ladies, he p1ssed me off! How dare he insult mine when they are very well trained & his little spaniel had no idea.

You'll probably find he paid a lot more for his cross breed than for your Stafford, because the breeder gave it a fancy name and made money out of him by selling him a mongrel wrapped in fancy words. So, not only does he have no idea, but he's been ripped off too! Karma is a lovely thing

No offence to his dog.  It was a cutie but, he (the man) was a moron! It hadn't even been taught to be "gentle, soft, leave it, aghhh" ( gentle is my word for training) with others.

Karma is my world. I just hope it hits him & not his dog through his stupidity.

Recently I met up again with a girl I used to know when we walked our Dobermanns together over 20 years ago. We reminisced about our Dobies and then she said "have you got a dog now?" and I said yes, a Staffy. And she said ...........
