In a way i feel a bit sorry for him. His empire is beginning to crumble but all he needs to do is embrace non-aversive training & he'd be at the top again.

He definitely has a way with dogs & he honestly loves them - he just can't pull himself out of the pack leader/forced training of 20 years & more ago.

I agree with you absolutely Caryll, I couldn't have put it better myself.

I very rarely watch him, but I did catch a show once where the dog, when he first met it etc, was wearing a dreadful prong collar. As he worked with the dog the prong collar disappeared without a mention, so he did some good there.

If I remember right, he won the court case. I don't wish him any harm of misfortune, but I do think he was in the wrong.
