I've no time for these 'researchers' but why take it out on the dog?

This person is a genuine wildlife researcher

I think it's sickening that people are willing to harm somebody's dog just to 'get back' at them.

I think the article was a little poorly written in the introduction, so I should imagine a lot of people have misread it!
