Jerusalem thinking of introducing DNA tests to force people to clear up their dog's poo

Waste of the public's money, in my opinion. I think the money would be better spent on putting enforcers out there - dog wardens, for instance. Otherwise, they're just relying on the idea that all dog owners are going to bring their dogs in for rabies inoculations. Responsible owners might, but it isn't the responsible owners who are letting their dogs mess everywhere.

True. It's the same old story. The responsible owners are the ones who will pay & the irresponsible ones will get away with it!
