Neglectful owner receives 20 year animal ban

The owner had the cheek to say that the dog, who received a body score of only 1.5, had been left with a friend for three days while the owner was on holiday and that this is why the dog was so emaciated. Tbh, I wish they could tack on an extra ten years just for lying about it - the woman was only concerned about saving her own skin, with no remorse for what she'd done.

What a nasty woman! The ban should have been for life, but 20 years is better than nothing!

It's better than the usual 5 years that they get!
