Re: the spray you recommended for my knee....

OMG it stinks! laughing  Well, not stinks exactly, more chokes!

Anyway, I sprayed it on. Bearing in mind that it doesn't say how much to use, and I'm used to things being pretty useless, I sprayed it liberally all around my knee & then went to bed.

Five minutes later the heat was so intense it was actually quite painful & I had to keep my leg out of the covers to be able to bear it! laugh  But it does work! Just next time I'll just use it sparingly! wink

Oh Caryll I did warn you that it is choking! That's why I spray it in another room before I go back to bed.
